Registration Fee

*Please refer to https://www.eafons-2024.hku.hk/ for more details. Kindly note that registering for the 13^th HKINF does not provide entry to any events linked to EAFONS 2024. To participate in EAFONS events, please be informed that separate registration is required.

• All participants must register.
• Registration includes access to all events at the 13th HKINF, taking place on March 5, 2024. Attendees will also receive a name badge, an online program book, and an electronic certificate of attendance.
• When the seating capacity of the Lecture Theatres is reached, participants will be able to view a live stream at other rooms of the venue. Seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Participants who declared as EAFONS 2024 delegates but not able to pay the registration fee of EAFONS 2024 before the deadline will be required to pay the fee difference.

Payment Procedure

• The payment method is by credit card* only (HKD only) for both online and on-site registration.

*Credit card payment: The HKUEMS accepts all credit card payment on-line, inclusive of those from overseas banks. Credit card information will be securely transmitted to "Joint Electronic Teller Services Ltd. (JETCO) Payment Gateway" provided by the Bank of East Asia for transaction authorisation. NO credit card information will be retained by the Event Organiser.

Registration Confirmation  

• A confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon successful completion of the registration and full payment. Official receipt (by request) will be issued via e-mail within one month after the forum.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
