Registration Fee
Standard 1.5 days HK$ 200 US$ 30
For current staff and students of the University of Hong Kong, the registration fee is waived.

Full Registration
~ Participants will be entitled to activities on both days, i.e. December 18 - 19, 2017. Separate registration will be required for Post-forum Events (details to be announced).

~ Registration is inclusive of : attendance to Opening and Closing Ceremony, Keynote Addresses, Poster Exhibitions, Concurrent Sessions, complementary lunch and tea receptions, name badge, program book and certificate of attendance.

~ Registration are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis and will not be processed until full payment has been received (if applicable). Please ensure that the correct amount of payment is made and do not send cash.

~ A Confirmation of Registration letter will be issued by email to the address supplied when all relevant payments have been cleared by the respective banks. Official receipt (upon request) will be issued by mail to the address supplied within one month after the forum.

Payment method
~ Credit card on-line payment (HKD only) or bank draft is accepted.

~ Credit card on-line payment : The HKUEMS accepts all credit card payment on-line, inclusive of those from overseas banks. Credit card information will be securely transmitted to "Joint Electronic Teller Services Ltd. (JETCO) Payment Gateway" provided by the Bank of East Asia for transaction authorisation. NO credit card information will be retained by the Forum organiser.

~ Bank draft : Please send a print-out of your registration, together with a bank draft for HKD200 or USD30 make payable to "The University of Hong Kong", to the following address -
